Cabbage and spinach Mushrooms weight Loss Soup

All the ingredients used in this soup are amazing fat burners so drinking this soup for dinner will promote fast weight loss and give you a slim trim body.






INGREDIENTS

 1/4 Cup Chopped Spinach
1/4 Cup Chopped Cabbage
1/2 Cup Chopped mushroom
1/4 Cup Chopped Carrot
Salt
Black Pepper
Low Fat Butter
Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste


 How to make this Yummy Soup

Heat 1/2 Teaspoon Butter in a pan




Add Ginger Garlic Paste 




Add the chopped mushrooms and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes




 Add the chopped carrot and saute on high flame for 2 minutes







In a separate Pan , take 3 cups water and add chopped spinach ans cabbage







Cook for 5 minutes 




Add the cooked mushroom and carrot to the spinach and cabbage





Add Salt to taste





Add pepper and any other seasoning you want to add





Stir and cook for one more minute.
