MID MORNING

1 APPLE

1 PM 2 GLASS WATER

1: 30 PM  -   1 PLATE CUCUMBER AND CARROT SALAD

LUNCH 

2 :00 PM  - 2 OAT BRAN CHAPATI( YOU CAN MIX HALF OAT BRAN AND HALF WHEAT)
WITH ANY DAL, RAJMA OR SOYA BEAN AND CURD

(NO VEGETABLE IN LUNCH)


EVENING SNACK

 1 PEAR, APPLE, GUAVA AND A BOWL OF MURMURA

1 HOUR BEFORE  DINNER  - 2 GLASSES OF WATER

HALF HOUR BEFORE DINNER -  1 PLATE SALAD


DINNER

  VEGETABLE SOUP








1 OAT BRAN CHAPATI AND 1 BOWL VEGETABLE(EXCEPT BHINDI AND ARBI)/ VEGETABLE DALIA

1. DRINK 10 GLASS OF WATER IN A DAY
2 CUPS GREEN TEA
3 ONLY 1 DAY IN A WEEK IS A CHEAT DAY

Macroni in Chinese style

 

Macroni is kids favorite dish and chinese too.Most of the kids are crazy for chinese.What if the taste of chinese served with Italian Macroni.This is a very easy and healthy recipe of Chinese Macroni which even beginners can make.If you can make Maggi, You can also make this chinese Macroni.




INGREDIENTS

 Macroni - 1 and 1/2 Cups
Onions  - 2
Capsicum -  1 Small
Red/Yellow Pepper -  1 Small (Optional) 
Mushrooms  - 5 or 6 Medium
Carrot - I Large
Corn - 1/2 Bowl
Salt
Red Chili Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Garam masala to taste
Soya Sauce  - 1 Teaspoon
Chili Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
Tomato - 1
Green Chili - 1
Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon

Take 2 Cups Whole Wheat/Suji Macroni and boil it in water for 10 minutes.Add Half teaspoon salt and half teaspoon oil to the boiling water.


 



 After 10 minutes, Using a Strainer, Strain the water and add half teaspoon of oil so that the macroni wont stick to each other.Mix it well with a spoon.

  


Heat 1 Teaspoon Oil In A Pan 



    
Add the Chopped Vegetables except chili and tomatoes


  

 

 




 Now add chopped green chilies and Tomatoes
 


 Cook the vegetables on high flame for 2-3 minutes. 
.Then add salt 
 



 Add Red Chili Powder




Add half Teaspoon Black pepper powder
 


Add Vinegar
 


 Add soya Sauce
 


 Add green chili sauce
 

 Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes
 
  

Now add the boiled pasta and mix it well

 


Healthy and delicious Macroni is ready.

 This is the easiest Vanilla cake that you will learn today.Not only this cake is easy to bake but it requires minimum ingredients as well.And to add to it if you are new to baking and you just do not have any clue as to how to bake a cake, then this recipe is only for you.And however poor you might be at baking, this cake will turn out to be supper soft and super spongy.
I have never baked a cake like this where you just do not need to measure the ingredients with spoons and then follow some step by step recipe and beat the flour with the oil and sugar mix.You simply will add the ingredients and churn in a mixer.Thats it.No need of making notes and remembering the recipe..Even kids can make it easily....Infact i have learned this recipe from my niece Aaina and she is just 12.She bakes this cake more perfectly than me.To be very true i m not a baking bug but my son lovish is after me every other day to bake yummy cakes for him.....


INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Wholewheat Flour Or refined Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
3 Eggs

Take a grinder 




Break 3 eggs and add to the blender




   


Add 3/4 Cup OIL




Add half or 3/4 Cup Sugar

  


Churn For One minute

 
  

Add 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda

  


1 Teaspoon Baking Powder



Add 1 Cup Wholewheat flour Or Maida (Refined Flour)

 


Churn Again for 1 Minute



Add 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

  


Take a baking Pan and grease it with oil.sprinkle flour over it.

  


Pour the cake batter in the pan and bake at 180` for 35 to 40 minutes



Cake it ready...erve it like this or decorate with your favorite frosting

This is a very Healthy royal salad. I call it royal because it is made with all the expensive vegetables...Just kidding.It is must for you to eat this salad if you are looking to lose some weight.This green vegetable salad is very low in calories and rich in fiber..It will make you feel full fast and you can have this salad for dinner instead of going for a high card menu.

INGREDIENTS

1 or 1/2 cucumber

Half bowl sweet corn
1/2 Cup mushrooms
1 Small size broccolli
Half red capsicum
Half yellow capsicum

Salt according to taste
 lemon Juice

Black pepper half teaspoon
Veg mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
oregano Flakes


  


Take 1 chopped Cucumber

 

Take 1/2 chopped red bell peper and 1/2 red bell pepper

  

Boil water in a pan and add  sweet corn




And mushrooms...Boil for 2 minutes
 

 


After 2 minutes add 1 bowl chopped Broccoli

 


Boil for 1 more minute after adding the broccoli and then strain the veggies in a strainer

 


Add the boiled vegetables to the bowl





Add salt to taste




Add black Pepper Powder

 

Add oregano Flakes

 


Add Lemon Juice


 

Add veg mayonnaise




Mix all the ingredients well.Your royal Italian salad is ready..Eat it and enjoy the taste
