Manchow Healthy Weight Loss Soup

Dieting or starving is the not the proper way of loosing weight.
Generally on diets,it is seen that your metabolic activities starts decreasing and the body starts starving.And if the body enters starvation mode,you will feel fast reduction in your weight.However,people who have done dieting and reduced their weight earlier also,would be aware of the fact that ,after a certain period of their dieting ,they see noticeable drop in their weight loss. This is because of the fact initially your metabolism behaves normally,but after certain period of time,it lend to recognize that calorie drought is permanent and its functionality starts dropping down.The best approach to lose weight is by eating healthy and specially for dinner, you need to monitor what you are eating.Soups and salads are the best food for loosing weight and shedding the unwanted pounds combined with exercising.





 Manchow soup is not only popular in China but also in INDIA.It is loved by kids as well.Loads of finely chopped vegetables sauteed with herbs make it a perfect mouth watering treat.We are making this soup as a part of our weight loss dinner so we will be using homemade vegetable broth/stock for it.

Manchow Healthy Soup 






INGREDIENTS

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Chopped Garlic
1 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger(I have not used)
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Carrot
1 Chopped Green Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Cabbage
1/2 Cup Chopped Cauliflower
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper as per Taste
1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1/4 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Vinegar
Vegetable Stock  - 4 Cups
1 chopped green chili


METHOD

Heat Oil In  a Big Pan

 



Add the chopped garlic, ginger and green chili and saute it for 20 sec

 

 


Add the chopped onion and stir it till translucent in color

 



Add all the chopped vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

 


 


Add 1 cup vegetable stock and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame, stirring in between.

 


Add salt, Black pepper, soya sauce, vinegar and chili sauce 



 


 



 


 


Add half Teaspoon Sugar And cook for 2 minutes on medium flame, stirring in between

 


Add the remaining Vegetable stock and Cook for another 5 minutes  Garnish with chopped spring Onions and serve hot and enjoy the heavenly taste.
