Serves - 2 
 
INGREDIENTS

1 Bowl Moong/Moth
1 Chopped Carrot
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato 
Oil
1/4 Teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt
Red Chili Powder
Pepper Powder
Oregano
1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic

Recipe


Take 1 Bowl Moth/Moong Sprouts and soak them overnight


  


Take a chopped Carrot




Take 1 glass to 1 and a half glass water in a pan and boil soaked moong and for 15-20 minutes or until soft and moong splits into two.


 

Take half teaspoon oil in a pressure cooker and heat it.


 


Add one forth teaspoon Cumin seeds

 


Add  1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic





Add 1 Chopped Onion




Cook the Onion till translucent in color and then add the chopped Tomato

 



Add Salt and Red Chili Powder and 1 cup water






Pressure cook for 3 whistles and Sprinkle black pepper powder and oregano

Half teaspoon Oil
1 Teaspoon Chopped garlic
1 Chopped Onion
1 chopped Carrot
4-5 Chopped mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
Cumin Powder
Half Chopped Tomato
1/4 Cup Milk
2 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Moong Dal 
Seasoning

 



Method Of Preparing Low Calorie Soup




 Heat Half teaspoon Oil in a pan

  


Add 1 Teaspoon Chopped garlic


  


Add the Chopped Onion


 


Cook for 2-3 minutes 


 


Add the chopped Carrot and mushrooms




Cook for another 3 minutes and then add the chopped tomato


 

  

Take 1 teaspoon Moong Dal and wash it properly and drain it.





Take a small pan and roast the soaked moong dal for 2-3 minutes till u could smell the frangrance of roasted dal.


 


Now add 2 Cups water and the roasted dal to the cooked vegetables.
Add 1/4 cup skim milk
(You could leave milk if you want to have a crystal clear orange color soup) 
Transfer the Ingredients to a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 2 whistles or you can cook in the pan on medium sim for 15 minutes.


 



Add salt, Pepper and roasted Cumin Powder

 



Your yummy low calorie healthy soup is ready.

 


Garnish with your favorite seasoning and have it hot.

 Peel and chop all the vegetables

 




Take a microwave safe bowl and put all the vegetables in it and add water






Add salt and Pepper


 


Cook it in microwave for 8-10 minutes






When done, Let it cool for 5-8 minutes





In a mixer, grind all the vegetables to form a puree





Take a big mash sieve and sieve the veggies
Again warm it in the microwave for 1 minute.Garnish it with your favorite herbs

It is one of my personal favorite.Just love this soup and can have it everyday for dinner.Before my marriage I used to weigh 55 kgs and
When my elder son was born i weigh myself after 2 months and the scale made me depressed.Whooping 80 kgs killed me from within.I got depressed and started running from life.Like this almost 8 months passed away.I realized this when people at home started discussing about my son `s birthday party in november.August has almost started and then i decided to loose this unwanted weight so that I could wear a nice dress on my son`s birthday.I joined Yoga classes 3 days a week and started searching about diets and tips for weight loss.I joined a diet clinic as well.I made many changes to my eating habits and first change was eating salads or soups for dinner.
In just 3 months i lost 20 kgs and i was on cloud 9 when i got so many compliments on my sons birthday.if I can do, anybody can.


 Low Calorie fat Burning Soup

 Serves - 4





INGREDIENTS


Carrot                      -      1 Chopped
Corn                        -       2-3 Tablespoon
Mushrooms             -       4-5 Chopped
Cabbage                  -       2 Tablespoons Chopped
Cottage Cheese       -       2 Tablespoons Chopped
Red and Yellow       -       2 Tablespoons Chopped
Bell Pepper
Zucchini                  -       2 Tablespoon Chopped(Optional)
Salt
Pepper
1 Small Packet Hour and sour soup powder(Rs - 10)

If you do not want to use ready made soup powder for enhancing the taste of this vegetable soup You can make a sauce at home to add to this soup.

For making that sauce just 

Take half teaspoon oil in a pan

Add Half Chopped Onion and 2 Crushed garlic to it.

Stir fry for 2 minutes 

Then add 1 Teaspoon each of Soya sauce , Chili sauce and Vinegar to it.

Take one teaspoon of cornflour in a bowl and add some water to it.Add this cornflour water to the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Your Homemade sauce is ready which you can use instead of readymade soup Powder.




 


How To Make Hot And Sour Weight Loss Vegetable Soup

Take 1 glass water in a Pan and add all the chopped vegetables to it 

 






Let the vegetables boil for 5-7 minutes

  


Take a small Packet of Hot and sour soup powder or you can use the sauce that we made.

 



Take half bowl water and add the Soup Powder to it.Mix it well so that no lumps are formed.


 
    


Add this mix to the boiled vegetables and let it  cook for 5 more minutes


  



 Add Salt and Pepper to Taste






Stir it well and cook it for 2 more minutes.
