These Zucchini fries are delicious and amazing for weight loss.Can be used as an appetizer or main course.these fries are very easy to prepare..Can be prepared in less than 10 minutes.They are so crunchy and crispy that you will want to eat them again and again.If you want you can also make them by baking them in the Oven for 15-20 minutes.Less in carbs and high in taste makes for an amazing dish.
 
INGREDIENTS

1 Zucchini
coconut oil  - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - According to taste
Oregano -1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon 
Black Pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
mozzarella Cheese 


 




 Cut the Zucchini in half lengthwise without peeling it.You can can remove the seeds if you want

 



Add  1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
 

Add Oregano



Add Salt

 

Add garlic Powder



Add Black Pepper Powder




 Add the grated Cheese

  


Mix all the ingredients Well

  


Cook for 2-3 minutes on high in a grill or a nonstick Pan
 



Flip 2-3 times and cook till they turn slightly golden brown

INGREDIENTS FOR FLAT BELLY DETOX WATER


1 cucumber
1 Lemon
ginger
15-20 Mint Leaves
1 Jug water 





 


Take 1 Cucumber (Medium Size)



 

Take 50-20 Mint Leaves 

  

 
 Take 1 lemon

 



 And Take a small Piece of Ginger
 



Cut the Cucumber in thin slices







 Similarly cut the Lemon and ginger in small slices

 INGREDIENTS

Mushroom - 200 gms
Red bell Pepper  - 1 small
Yellow Bell Pepper  - 1 small
Salt - according to taste
Red chili Pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil or ghee - 1 Teaspoon
Italian Seasoning - 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala- 1/4 teaspoon

 These mushroom fries are a low carb version of potato fries.You can also replace the mushrooms with radish if you do not like eating mushrooms.Potatoes are not allowed on low carb and keto diets so you will not need to miss potatoes now.You can always have these mushroom fries.
 

 



Cut the mushrooms in thin slices 
 



Cut the Red and Yellow Peppers in thin slices
 





Add Salt



Add Red Chili Powder




Add garam Masala (optional)
You can add garlic powder also



Add Italian Seasoning(Italian seasoning is a mixture of oregano, chiliflakes, thyme etc



Mix all the ingredients well




Heat oil in a pan





 transfet the mushrooms to the pan and cook on high for 3-4 minutes






Now add the red and yellow peppers and cook again for 3-4 minutes on low




Add more Italian seasoning if you want



Cook again for 2 minutes

Poha And Potato Appe - Healthy Recipe







INGREDIENTS

Boiled Potato  -2
Poha   - 1 Bowl
Bread Crumbs - (2 Breads)
Chopped Coriander
Green Chili
Red chili powder -  1 Teaspoon
Salt -   According to taste
Amchur Powder  - 1/2 Teaspoon
Roasted Cumin powder  - 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil






Boil two potatoes and mashed them in a big bowl.


 

 



 Take the poha in a large size strainer and wash it with water...Keep it aside for 5 minutes and then mix it with the mashed potatoes.





 Add Bread Crumbs
 


Add the chopped coriander leaves
 


Chop the green chilies and add them to the potato mix

 

Add Salt , Red pepper powder, Garam Masala, amchur Powder, Roasted cumin Powder.



 


Mix all the ingredients well and kneed into a dough.Then make small balls according to the size of your appe pan.

 

 

 


Greese the cavaties of your appe pan with just 1 drop of oil and heat for 1 minute.Then put the balls and cook them for 3-4 minutes...Do not cover.

 


When cooked from one side, invert them and let them cook from other side as well.
