Low carb / keto / Zucchini Fries for weight loss



These Zucchini fries are delicious and amazing for weight loss.Can be used as an appetizer or main course.these fries are very easy to prepare..Can be prepared in less than 10 minutes.They are so crunchy and crispy that you will want to eat them again and again.If you want you can also make them by baking them in the Oven for 15-20 minutes.Less in carbs and high in taste makes for an amazing dish.
 
INGREDIENTS

1 Zucchini
coconut oil  - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - According to taste
Oregano -1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon 
Black Pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
mozzarella Cheese 


 




 Cut the Zucchini in half lengthwise without peeling it.You can can remove the seeds if you want

 



Add  1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
 

Add Oregano



Add Salt

 

Add garlic Powder



Add Black Pepper Powder




 Add the grated Cheese

  


Mix all the ingredients Well

  


Cook for 2-3 minutes on high in a grill or a nonstick Pan
 



Flip 2-3 times and cook till they turn slightly golden brown
