INGREDIENTS
1 large zucchini (courgettes)
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 cucumber
2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
Black pepper Powder
Salt To taste
Cream cheese/ Veg mayonnaise
Lemon Juice
Using a spralizer, peel the Zucchini (courgettes) lengthwise into long noodles like ribbons
Chop the Cucumber
Cut the Yellow and Red Bell Peppers in small cubes and add to the bowl.
Add Salt To taste
Add Pepper to taste
Add Thyme
Add Oregano
Add Garlic Powder
Add Coconut oil / Olive Oil
Add lemon Juice
Add Cream Cheese/ Veg mayonnaise
Mix all the ingredients well and serve chilled.
