This colorful salad is loved by everyone in my family and I m sure you and your love ones will also enjoy it.This is not only easy to make but tastes great as well.Truly speaking, this salad gives me the feeling as if I m eating my favorite pizza.The italian seasoning mixed in this salad gives it a totally different taste.If your children are not fond of vegetables, try this salad.they will love it for sure.This salad helps in weight loss as well as as it is a low carb salad.If you are following a low carb diet you can skip the carrot.
 

 



 INGREDIENTS 

Cucumber  - 1
Carrot  - 1 or half
Red Bell Pepper  - 1/2
Yellow Bell Pepper  - 1/2
Lemon Juice  - 1 Teaspoon
salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Italian Seasoning to taste
Cottage Cheese - 50 gms





 


 INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the cucumber, carrot And yellow and Red bell peppers into small cubes.

 


Take the cottage cheese and mash it.Spread it on the diced vegetables.

 







Add black pepper
 



Add salt to taste
 


 Add mixed Italian seasoning.if you do not have mixed seasoning, you can add oregano, chili flakes and thyme





Add lemon juice.You can increase or decrease the quantity of lemon juice according to your taste
 



 Mix all the ingredients well and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour.Serve it chilled.Enjoy it with your family.This is a low carb healthy salad that will help you in losing excess weight .
