Add mustard seeds and when the seeds begins to crack, add kadi patta to it and stir it.
Take peas and wash them
Take 1 large tomato and chop it as well.
Add the vegetables except tomato and saute on medium flame for 3-5 minutes.
Then add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder to it.
Now add 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
And salt to taste
Now cook the vegetables on medium flame for 5-7 minutes
Dont cover the pan
Now add the chopped tomato to the sauteed vegetables.And cook it for just 2 minutes.
Meanwhile take 1 and a half bowl of poha flakes and wash it and then drain it using a strainer.
Now add the washed and drained poha to the vegetables and mix it well.Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Now add chopped coriander to the poha and juice of half a lemon and again mix it.
Yummy and healthy poha is ready.Serve it hot
NOTE- You can also add chopped peanuts to the poha if you like a crispy taste.
