Yummy van style vegetable noodles
Here`s
an very easy recipe of vegetable noodles.Noodles are the favorite of
almost all the kids, so why to buy from the roadside vans when you,
yourself can cook such yummy noodles. Noodles are famous street food in
most part of the countryI have added a lot of vegetables so that i can
make healthy noodles for my kids.
I
have avoid using chinese salts as i have heard they are not good for us
and can harm us in many ways.But taste is no less than the van
noodles.Just give it a try.You will find it even better than your
favorite van noodles.
Ingredients
Tops noodles
3-4 onions
2 tomatoes
3 carrots
2 capsicums
1 packet mushroom
Other vegetables of your choice
Vinegar
soya sauce
Tomato ketchup
Olive oil
Mustard seeds
Freen onion
Vinegar
Red chilli powder
Salat
Garam masala
Black pepper powder(for spicy noodles lover)
Method of cooking noodles
Take 1 teaspoon Olive oil in a large pan
Add half teaspoon mustard seeds to it
Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Mix it well
Add 3 large sized onions cut lengthwise
.Mix them well and let them cook for 2 minutes
Add other vegetables like carrots, capsicum, babycorn, mushrooms (cut them like onions)
Cook the vegetables on medium flame for 2-3 minutes
Add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
half teaspoon garam masala and salt according to taste.
Now mix the masala and cook them again for 2 minutes
..Take two tomatoes(cut them length wise)
Mix the tomaotoes to the cooked veggies and let them cook for 1-2 minutes.
Now add 1and a half teaspoon of chilli sauce
Add 1 teaspoon of soya sauce and 1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup
Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar
Mix them well and cook for 1-2 minutes
Now take the pre boiled and drained noodles and add to the cooked vegetables.
Mix them well.Increase the flame of gas and keep tossing it for smoky flavor.
I prefer taking top noodles as i find them best for cooking noodles in my style.
Garnish with green onions and serve them hot.Your yummy noodles are ready to eat
