Crispy Mushromm Fries - Weight Loss Recipe




 INGREDIENTS

Mushroom - 200 gms
Red bell Pepper  - 1 small
Yellow Bell Pepper  - 1 small
Salt - according to taste
Red chili Pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil or ghee - 1 Teaspoon
Italian Seasoning - 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala- 1/4 teaspoon

 These mushroom fries are a low carb version of potato fries.You can also replace the mushrooms with radish if you do not like eating mushrooms.Potatoes are not allowed on low carb and keto diets so you will not need to miss potatoes now.You can always have these mushroom fries.
 

 



Cut the mushrooms in thin slices 
 



Cut the Red and Yellow Peppers in thin slices
 





Add Salt



Add Red Chili Powder




Add garam Masala (optional)
You can add garlic powder also



Add Italian Seasoning(Italian seasoning is a mixture of oregano, chiliflakes, thyme etc



Mix all the ingredients well




Heat oil in a pan





 transfet the mushrooms to the pan and cook on high for 3-4 minutes






Now add the red and yellow peppers and cook again for 3-4 minutes on low




Add more Italian seasoning if you want



Cook again for 2 minutes



Crispy Mushroom Fries are ready..Good replacement of potato fries.
