This is a very Healthy royal salad. I call it royal because it is made with all the expensive vegetables...Just kidding.It is must for you to eat this salad if you are looking to lose some weight.This green vegetable salad is very low in calories and rich in fiber..It will make you feel full fast and you can have this salad for dinner instead of going for a high card menu.

INGREDIENTS

1 or 1/2 cucumber

Half bowl sweet corn
1/2 Cup mushrooms
1 Small size broccolli
Half red capsicum
Half yellow capsicum

Salt according to taste
 lemon Juice

Black pepper half teaspoon
Veg mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
oregano Flakes


  


Take 1 chopped Cucumber

 

Take 1/2 chopped red bell peper and 1/2 red bell pepper

  

Boil water in a pan and add  sweet corn




And mushrooms...Boil for 2 minutes
 

 


After 2 minutes add 1 bowl chopped Broccoli

 


Boil for 1 more minute after adding the broccoli and then strain the veggies in a strainer

 


Add the boiled vegetables to the bowl





Add salt to taste




Add black Pepper Powder

 

Add oregano Flakes

 


Add Lemon Juice


 

Add veg mayonnaise




Mix all the ingredients well.Your royal Italian salad is ready..Eat it and enjoy the taste
