5 minutes Low Carb Chickpeas salad



 


 INGREDIENTS


 1 bowl Boiled white chickpeas
 1 Chopped Onion 
 1 Chopped Tomato
 1/2 Chopped capsicum
1 Tablespoon Grated Cheese
salt to taste
Black pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 Tablespoon
Oregano - 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves

 This 5 minute chickpeas salad is loaded with fiber and protein both of  which are the building blocks of any weight loss meal.chickpea is great as it supports weight loss by making you feel full fast.And this salad is great on its own.It requires very less preparation time and is super healthy .You have the option of using canned chickpea or you can boil and use chickpea at home.
