Pizza paratha is the INDIAN version of Italian Pizza.Made with whole wheat flour it is healthy as compared to a pizza.
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Cup Water
Oil
Ghee
Butter
Cheese
1 Onion- Chopped
1 Capsicum - Chopped
Green chili -1 Chopped
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt
Red Chili Powder
Pepper
Organo
Chili Flakes
How To Make The Pizza Paratha
Grate the Cheese
You can grate the cheese in the chopper.its the easiest way out for grating the cheese
Chop the onions and the capsicums
Add them to the grated Cheese
Now Add
Salt, Pepper, Red Chili Powder, Coriander leaves, chopped green chili ,Oregano and chili flakes
Mix all the ingredients well
Mix
together flour, salt, oil and water to make a tight dough.Knead it well
to form a soft dough.Keep it covered with a cloth for 10 minutes and
then knead it again.
Divide the dough into 8 to 10 equal parts.
Take one part and make a small ball and with the help of the Rolling Pin roll it into a circle
Apply Ghee or butter all over and then put the cheese filling in the middle.
Now fold the paratha from all the sides.
You can give it any shape you want
While you roll the rest, heat the tawa on a high flame.
When it gets hot enough, Transfer the paratha to the Tawa.
Then set the gas flame on medium or low
Adjust it accordingly
Now flip it on to other side and apply butter or ghee all over.
Press it lightly so that the cheese filling won`t come out of the paratha
Again flip it and apply ghee or butter
When it begins to cook, you will see the paratha puffing up.
Serve it hot with tomato ketchup
