This
is super moist and super soft Chocolate cake which is very easy to bake

INGREDIENTS
Refined Flour - 1 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Baking Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
Cocoa Powder - 1/2 Cup
Oil - 1/4 Cup
Butter - 1 Tablespoon
Hot Water - 1/2 Cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
Preheat Oven to 180.c for 10-12 minutes.
Take a big bowl and sift flour , cocoa powder , Baking powder and baking soda twice and keep it aside
In a separate bowl take Oil, Butter , Water and Vanilla essence and blend them with the help of a hand mixer.If you do not have a hand mixer, you can whisk with the help of a spoon as well.
Now Add milk and Curd.And the gradually put the dry ingredients and whisk them together
Take a baking Tin and grease it with oil.Then sprinkle some flour.You can also use a parchment paper and line the pan with it.Pour the cake mix into the Pan and bake it at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.Then insert a toothpick in the cake.If it comes out clean ,that means your cake is ready else bake it for 5-10 more minutes.
When done keep it on the rack for 15 - 20 minutes to settle.
After that top it with chocolate ganache cream and sprinkle some chocolate flakes for decorating.This cake will come out very soft and moist.it is the favorite of kids at my place.
I have decorated with chocolate ganache which I made by mixing cream and dark chocolate flakes in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes.
