 INGREDIENTS

Black Eyed Bean or Lobia  - Half Bowl
3-4 Cloves Of Chopped Garlic
Half Chopped Onion
Half Chopped Carrot
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil 

 



Method Of Preparing Lobia Soup 

 


Take Half Bowl Lobia and soak them in the morning in water


  



In the evening pressure cook the lobia for 5-6 whistles


  



When they get boiled, remove the water and keep them aside 

 


Take half Teaspoon Oil in  the same cooker 



Add Chopped Garlic

  



Add Chopped onion

 


Add Chopped Carrot
 


Cook for 2-3 minutes and then ad salt and Black Pepper




Add the cooked lobia and again cook for 4-5 whistles.When done, add oregano or black pepper again if you like to have a little spicy soup.Transfer it to a bowl and get indulge in the aroma of taste and health.
